- Wagering Requirement

- Prohibited Player

aa222 reserves the right to request identity documents at any point during a Player's account lifecycle. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification issued in Bangladesh. Proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history confirming the registered mobile number) may also be requested.
Where aa222 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, aa222 will immediately suspend the account and withhold all funds pending investigation. Account Registration & Security

You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. aa222 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without stating a reason.
One Account Policy
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on aa222. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, aa222 will suspend all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and may permanently ban the Player.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aa222 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must not allow any other individual to access your account. aa222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — this can be done through Account Settings and adds an SMS-based one-time PIN layer to the login process.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aa222 immediately via the support email address provided in the footer of this page. aa222 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. However, aa222 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Account Closure & Termination
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting aa222 support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements. aa222 may terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, aa222 may withhold funds pending investigation.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for a continuous period of 12 months. aa222 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. If you wish to reactivate your account after a period of inactivity, please contact support for assistance.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
aa222 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposit and withdrawal amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. aa222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own service charges as per their standard fee schedule.
Accepted Deposit Methods

Deposit Processing

Currency & Conversion
aa222 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. If a Player attempts to deposit using an international card in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the exchange rate used by the card issuer at the time of the transaction. aa222 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or rates applied by the Player's card issuer or bank.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotional Terms

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page and is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance).
Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally to the completion of a wagering requirement. Bonus Expiry

Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to an uncompleted wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Abuse

Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk, hedged, or arbitrage bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, aa222 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently suspend the account.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.
- aa222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Where a Player makes a withdrawal while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not yet been met, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- aa222's decision in all matters relating to bonus eligibility and bonus abuse is final.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aa222 platform. By creating and maintaining an account, you agree to refrain from all of the activities listed below. This list is illustrative rather than exhaustive — aa222 reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether conduct not specifically enumerated below falls within the spirit of this prohibition.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, bonus claims, or customer support interactions.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a genuine aa222 deposit. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and recovery proceedings.

aa222's total aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability
aa222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond aa222's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. aa222 shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that result from such interruptions.
